The triple cream, peach and truffle honey combo is always a hit. For a classic twist on this flavor combination, try one of my favorite summer sandwiches...you can never go wrong with pork and peaches. My friend Rob brought an amazing 2001 Archery Summit Estate Pinot Noir to pair with the meal. Needless to say, summer dining on the back patio doesn't get much better than this!!
